My raw wildflower honey comes straight from my hives located on an old family farm in Haliburton, and processed here in Haliburton, Ontario.
Raw honey is simply honey that hasn't been heated, processed or pasteurized at all, but I do lightly filter it just to remove the beeswax. The differences between pasteurized honey and raw honey are very important. Raw honey is a nutritious food that has many natural vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other essential natural nutrients, It's the best you can buy!
Disclaimer: -Raw honey normally crystallizes just after a couple of months. But don't worry if you place it in warm water (not over direct heat) it will go back to its original state. -Do not feed to infants under 1 year of age -The flavor of the honey may vary according to the time of year
